Is IPSL involved in the construction of the industrial plants?

 

IPSL is involved to the extent that it has secured the project management contract to oversee the quality assurance and quality control aspects during the construction of the plants.

Does IPSL export its products?

 

IPSL manned plants produce Methanol, Ammonia, Urea, UAN, Nitric Acid and Ammonia. However, the marketing and sale of all products are handled by our clients.

What classifications or categories of staff does IPSL employ?

IPSL has two (2) classifications of staff. There are daylight personnel whose hours of work are 7:30 a.m. -

4:00 p.m. and shift personnel who work 12 hour shifts, four days on and four days off from 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. for two days and 7:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. for another two days.

The health and safety of our employees is a management imperative enshrined in our Safety Policy. We recognize that our success is contingent on the support of top management.

 

IPSL’s Leadership Team ensures that personnel are adequately trained and resources appropriately allocated to promote and ensure the effective implementation of this Policy.
